However, soil moisture is not always easy to measure and can vary even within the same plot. xSoil is xFarm soil moisture sensor xFarm to accurately measure the water status directly in the soil of your plots. Installed in the soil, it detects the moisture content of the monitored area, providing an accurate and representative reading of field conditions. The data is made available on the xFarm platform xFarm , in the Irrigation module, feeds a DSS that helps you understand when the soil really needs water and when you can postpone irrigation. This allows you to manage irrigation more consciously, reduce waste and water stress, and intervene only when necessary.
